Unite Medical Warranty

Unite Medical warrants its products will be free from manufacturer defects. In the event a product is deemed to be defective, Unite Medical shall repair or replace the defective product or part(s). All warranty claims must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the defective product. Warranty claims must be submitted to Unite Medical by the original purchaser in its original form. All warranty claims are required to include a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Warranty claims shipped to Unite Medical without a valid RMA number written on the outside of the package will be returned at the customers expense. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, contact customer service. Customers are required to cover shipping costs to ship products to Unite Medical for review.  If a product/part is deemed to be defective, shows no signs of modification or alteration outside of the original design, Unite Medical will replace the defective product/part and cover shipping costs to return the product to the customer. 

Customer Notice: Before returning your product for credit/repair/warranty, the customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting customer service.
